The Foundation was established to honor the memory and sacrifice of Captain Andrew R. Houghton by providing support to a number of charitable and educational organizations which were supported by Captain Houghton, organizations which exemplify the ideals to which he was dedicated, and by providing financial assistance to cadets and cadet activities at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Andy Houghton Awards Dinner

The inaugural Captain Andrew Houghton Award Dinner was held on November 12, 2009. All proceeds from the dinner went towards the Captain Andrew Houghton Scholarship at Strake Jesuit. Click here for more information.

Army 10-Miler

After 4 months of rigerous training, George and Matt Houghton ran in the Army Ten Miler Race. This is George's 3rd race and Matt's 1st. Together, they raised $8,400 for the Foundation!

2009 Drive-On Golf Tournament Success!

The 2009 Drive-On Golf tournament on May 18th was a huge success. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, donors, and golfers in this tough economy, we raised a record amount for the Foundation!

2008 Drive-On Golf Tournament was a Success!

Everyone involved with the Foundation would like to thank all the golfers, donors, and friends that participated in the 2008 Drive-On Golf tournament. This was our 4th golf tournament and and each continue to be a greater and greater success. This time, we raised close to $20,000 for the Foundation!

West Point Classmate's Marathon

Brendan Mullen, a classmate of CPT Houghton's at West Point, shares his story of running the Marine Corps Marathon and ING Miami Marathons in honor of CPT Houghton and three other classmates who were killed in Iraq.

2010 Drive-On Golf Tournament

The 2010 Drive-On Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, May 17th at Tour 18. Registration will be open SOON! You can either register online or by mail.
